Proactive Online Technical Support & Remote Systems Administration
Recent advancements in remote monitoring technology have brought a new era in managing and administrating an IT infrastructure. Whether it’s a single home computer, a small business local area network, or a large, complex, wide area network, Integrity Network Systems can effectively monitor, support and administrate your system.

This is achieved by downloading, installing and configuring remote monitoring/systems administration software. This enables Integrity Network Systems to proactively prevent most problems that frequently occur on today’s business computer networks. In addition, we can configure a system to deliver maximum operating efficiency in networking structure, application computing, and all internet based functions.

How it Works
One of our Certified Systems Administrators will thoroughly evaluate your IT infrastructure. They will identify the number of computers and devices that require monitoring in order to ensure peak system stability and maximum operating efficiency.

As soon as the evaluation has been completed, the Administrator will download, install and configure the remote administration software so as to monitor all key components on your network. This would include all servers, routers, switches, PC workstations, and connected peripheral devices.

Strategic monitoring points are then set and the alert messaging service activated. In addition, each computer on the network infrastructure is configured to perform at maximum operating efficiency.

Monitoring will remain active 24 hours a day on all powered network components. If a computer or connected peripheral is turned off, it cannot be monitored during that time. Should a problem be detected at any point, an alert will immediately be forwarded to our technical support desk where the message would be analyzed, and a solution determined.

One of our technical specialists would then remotely logon to your system, perform the necessary maintenance, and resolve the issue.

Referenced below is a list of common monitoring scripts:
1. Monitored for penetration of viruses, spyware, emailware, and other maliciousware.

2. Monitored for unauthorized file or system access by assigned network users.

3. Monitored for malicious system penetration by hackers, or assigned network users.

4. Monitored for efficient memory management and hard disk data storage.

5. Monitored for potential hardware device malfunctions or failures.

6. Monitoring of event logs scanning for errors to prevent a system or application crash.

7. Monitored for backups of servers, workstations, databases, and full system backup.

8. Monitored for the patch management.

9. Monitored for generating weekly and monthly reports.

10. Monitored for optimum system performance.

The average cost for Network Alert Monitoring is $50 per month for servers, and $25 per month for work stations. A one time setup and configuration fee is incurred for each computer that requires a software download: $200 for each server computer, and $100 for each work station computer.

We offer two different plans for alert response, a per incident plan and and a flat rate plan. Our sales department will provide you with a quote based on the number of components in your network infrastructure that need monitoring and proactive technical support.
